Is Regret good energy or bad energy?

The terms REGRET means the following:

"The pain of mind on account of something done or experienced back in the past, with a wish that it had been done differently."

"A looking back with dissatisfaction or with longing; grief; sorrow; especially, a mourning on account of the loss of some joy, advantage, or satisfaction."

Is is also possible to have regret for something that you chose NOT to experience?
Regret is feeling like an angel with only one wing...

In my life and my world I have definitely had moments where I wanted something, but my wanting was contingent upon someone else's cooperation or their desire to want the same thing. And thus some of my wants didn't come true as a result. At the time I may have had regrets because I would never know "what could have been."

Now in hindsight, of course, I see that even those holes of experiences I did want to experience, were indeed blessings in disguise.

So what does Regret have to do with finding your Twin Soul?

Is it possible to have met your Twin Soul, your one and only flame of true love, and to have let her or him go?

I find myself at an age where juvenile infatuation is not necessarily part of my life anymore. Although I love the feeling of being in love. Mostly because I quickly see through such shallow feelings and instantly transmute them into unconditional love. However, what is true and unconditional love? The kind of love you want to share with your Twin Soul?

How many times have you talked to a person in their 40s, 50s, 60s or even older, and they told you of that one special person that they knew was their Soulmate, their Twin Soul, and yet at that time they didn't recognize the power, they were lost in that feeling of childish infatuation and thus didn't recognize the true power of their connection?

How many people roam this Earth with aching hearts because they let the one person go that would have changed the entire course of their life?

I wonder how many people are out there having true regrets that they didn't follow their hearts at one point or another...

The question is, what are you to do if you have indeed let a person go?

Is there a way to get them back? Should you settle for second best? Should you wait for another life time to reunite with your Twin Soul?

We are told that if we seek with all of our hearts and all of our minds, we will find and shall have what we're looking for. It takes my entire system of desire, every atom, every molecule and neuron to work together to merging with this person. Is it hard work? Absolutely not. All it takes is patience, ease and a 100% match.

I'm calling for my 100% match - show me and communicate with me about what my next steps are in order to complete myself so I can stand before you ready for our merging.

Leadership vs. Mediocrity

David Deida wrote a great book called "The Way of the Superior Man." A must-have for all men and women. I am rewriting the following paragraph to address my beloved Twin Soul.

"Beloved, I know your weaknesses better than anybody. I know where you will falter and give up. I know the degree of medicirty you will settle for. And, I know your true capacity as a full man, a man of free consciousness and love. My gift to you, because I am a good woman, is to test you with my darkest moods, over and over and over, until your consciousness is unperturbed by my feminine challenge, and you are able to pervade me with your love, just as you are here to pervade the world. In response to your fearless consciouness, I will drench your world in love and light."

When you're out with your buddies and they encourage you to go ask that woman across the room for her phone number because she's been noticing you, you might have one of the following three internal dialogues:

There are three stages a man might handle this situation:
1. "She's interested in me, I should take advantage of the situation. No one will ever find out, or I can confess it later."
2. "I should indeed take advantage of her interest in me, but I won't because I made a promise to my partner that I won't cheat on her."
3. "I am not interested in the least because I've already met my 'one and only' and have everything I need and want in her."

The first guy is what women call "a dog." He'll take any opportunity to be with a woman whose interested in him. Most women would label the second guy for a great guy because of his strength not to ask an attractive woman for her phone number. They would be ecstatic to have a man like that in their life.

I on the other hand would be disappointed that you didn't take path number three. Granted, if you had chosen path number two, you didn't ask for her phone number, because right now we're in a great space, are in love, and are having a great time. But what would have happened if we had a fight that night and were going through a rough time in our lives? I wonder if a little "side step" with a stranger would have been a nice "break" for you... The reason you wouldn't ask for her number is not because of the promise you made to me, but because you believe that you're already with your Twin Soul and nothing can compare to our union.

What I want and desire more than anything in my man is strength of character. There are way too many whimps on this planet. You can promise the world to me and keep most of your promises. But if you are keeping your promises because of me and not because of your own character, than your promises eventually will crumble like a house of cards. These promises you make will result in seeds of resentment and eventually you would feel like I'm controlling you. I have no desire in being with you if you need to make promises to me... I need to know that you do and don't do things because it's just not who you are, or because it's just who you are and how you want to live your life, no matter what anyone else says, including me.

Your word must be worth gold to you. Let your "yes" mean "yes" and your "no" mean "no." Then I can trust you, surrender into you and be all woman. Then I can let myself go into your essence, knowing that the core of you will always keep me safe and that you never compromise our love, because you never compromise your soul.

STRENGTH OF CHARACTER wins by far any other qualities I am looking for in you. It translates into leadership that I can trust and in doing so you are building our stairway into heaven.
